How to order
Ordering is simple, either complete an 'enquire now' form, we will be in touch to discuss the details or give us a call or email if you would like to discuss a potential project with us.
1) Initial Enquiry
We will start by capturing your idea, this gives us an idea of the time frame, quantity and item you want to create.
2) Quote & design approval
Based on the information provided, we will give you a quote & time frame.
Where necessary you will also receive a design to approve and any logos will be digitised and tested, if we need to we will work with you to ensure any images provided will give the highest quality outcome.
3) Receive your items
Items will be shipped to you within the given timeframe and any necessary care instructions will be given, we know you will love your product - but if there are any issues we are always available to help.
